Within 24 hours of delivery, complaints regarding product quality must be made. Please send an email to mail@rinacediamonds.com to file a complaint. Our Team will replace the item if the return is for a legitimate reason.

• Return-Refund Policy

After an order is processed and a product is delivered, we do not offer returns. Nevertheless, we are aware that, given the nature of the product we offer, unusual situations can arise. Here is the situation in which we can give you a refund:

  1. Product delivery failure: If your item was pre-paid and we are unable to deliver it for some unexpected reason, we will return your money

  2. Major imperfections: While going through a rigorous quality check before delivery, there is always a chance of unexpected damages and faults. If there are any such problems, kindly contact our quality support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the same if the complaint is valid.

  3. Product not as described: Please contact our Quality Support Team within 12 hours of the delivery date if the product is not as described. If the product you purchased differs from what was described on the website, kindly give evidence. If the claim is validated, we will issue a refund within the next 72 hours.

•Order cancellation

We don’t recommend user cancellation once the order has been placed. Refunds for online payments will only be given to the bank account within 72 hours.
